Vegan Goodness:
Today we ate:
- Breakfast: Green smoothies for Mom and LP followed by tofu scramble and toast for everyone!
- Lunch: Leftover lentil soup and delicious lemon rosemary bread from When Pigs Fly
- Dinner: Chickpea Cutlets and Piccata made by Dad. One of my favorite dinners!
- Mom and Dad had some more pumpkin oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert
Money Matters:
Today we hung out, played at the park, and enjoyed the last of this gorgeous fall weather. Nothing spent!
