Vegan Goodness:
Today we ate:
- Breakfast: Blueberry smoothies and toast for Dad and LP. Then Mom made some blueberry muffins!
- Lunch: Leftover pasta
- Dinner: Caramelized onion, lentils and rice – one of my “go-to” meals.
Money Matters:
Mom enjoyed a run with a great friend and then we had a low-key day at home. Nothing spent!
