Vegan Goodness:
Today we ate the following.
- Breakfast: Green Smoothies for LP and Mom. Then we celebrated a snowy morning with blueberry pancakes
- Lunch: Leftover pasta for LP, leftover tomato soup for Mom and Dad
- Dinner: Pizza with a white bean and garlic base, topped with artichokes, olives and red onion. Once again the olives were LP’s favorite part
Money Matters:
We stayed in and enjoyed watching the snow. LP got to shovel a little bit too. Nothing spent!
Workout Wednesday
Last weekend I got to go running with a good friend. It was just after a good rain, so our river path was somewhat muddy, but it was great way to spend a mild Sunday morning. We ran and chatted, catching up with all the things going on in our lives. The run whizzed by. It had been a long time since I ran with someone, and I remembered how much I like it. This week I’m a little bummed to be running on my own (even though time alone is a precious commodity these days). I hope this friend and I get to go running again soon – I will need her fantastic company to get me going to the 7 mile mark!
