Flu is mostly gone – thanks for the get-well wishes!
Vegan Goodness:
Today we ate:
- Breakfast: Smoothies for Mom and LP, and then waffles!
- Lunch: Leftover slow-cooker pot pie with a biscuit crust
- We all snacked on pita bread, guacamole and clementines post-nap
- Dinner: Spring rolls with peanut sauce – one of mom’s favorites!
Money Matters:
Today we spent in the house. Nothing spent!
