Delicious Vegan Dish of the Day:
We got burritos for dinner tonight. I used to think I couldn’t possibly have a burrito without cheese, but now I can’t imagine containmianting my burrito with cheese! Instead, I load up on rice, beans and guacamole. Yum!

Thursday Baby Update:
Our little girl has her first two teeth! Her two front bottom teeth came in, which make her big ol’ smile even cuter. She is putting those teeth to good use. Yesterday she plowed through a pile of lentils and kidney beans, and she downed quite a bit of toast this morning. She also loves chewing on fingers and toes (her or other peoples’ – she is not picky). This is cute until she takes a big bite!
