Workout Wednesday: Building up strength

Delicious Vegan Dish of the Day:

Tonight we had a delicious tofu-spinach lasagna for dinner.  It was super quick and easy to make, especially since the G-man made some tomato sauce last week.

Money Matters:

Today we spent the following:

  • $20.15 for groceries at Whole Foods.

Workout Wednesday

I’ve varied my running routine this week based on some suggestions from a friend, and it is going well!  I’m doing more strength training (with body weight exercises like squats, push-ups and planks) and running only three days a week.  Today, for the first time, I did sprint intervals as part of my run.  It was hard, but in a good way.  I’m hoping to build up a bit more strength in preparation for the half-marathon, coming up in just two months!
